The G&G research and development department has created the GPM92 to be extremely resistant to freezing because of their innovative Whirl Cylinder Valve system, allowing the user to shoot off multiple rounds at a time without worrying about the cooldown effect. This negates the worry for any frost buildup in normal applications. Because of these designs, the pistol is extremely gas efficient, being able to clear through more than one magazine on a single charge. The magazine is also built to withstand high amounts of pressure with the collapsible safety valve inside the magazine, releasing gas to avoid the magazine from blowing up if the gas pressure gets too high.
