The IFAk pouch is really two pouches in one and the inner pouch is connected by a spiral elastic cable. This allows the user to rip open the pouch and have instant access to the contents.

The inner pouch has elastic loops for gauze, medical items, storage and folds closed with hook-n-loop.

The Military IFAK (Individual First Aid Kit) was designed for soldiers and airmen to carry in combat operations and is is MOLLE Compatible.

This pouch is empty -– you have to provide the contents of the kit yourself.
